b) access to online courses containing videos and files as well as educational support sessions.

The use of the Site is free for the User, excluding any potential connection costs, which are billed directly to the User by their operator. For access to the courses, the User is provided with an identifier and a password, which the User undertakes to keep strictly confidential and personal and agrees not to disclose to anyone. The User is solely responsible for the use of said identifier and passwords. Registration on the Site and the use of the Services by the User are at the User's free choice and risk.

In accordance with the Regulation, the User has the right to access, modify, rectify, oppose, transfer, and limit the processing of information concerning them. The site does not guarantee that the Site will function without interruption, bug, or error. The Site's liability can only be incurred for facts directly attributable to it that cause direct harm to the User, excluding any indirect harm.
